At first, all steel materials will be cleaned and pretreatment for removing dust and grease by Zinc Phosphate treatment for protecting rust. Secondly, after cleaning and pretreatment process, the steel materials will be sprayed with powder paint in electrostatic process. And then the steel materials will be conveyed latest oven temperature is 200 c. It's friendly to our environment because we can recycle the powder color.
